Perfect for family vacations. Prepare meals in the full kitchen, then sit outside on your furnished patio and enjoy the view. Walk out across the grassy courtyard to the grill area, and cool off in the shared pool.

Spanish Main 58 is a half-mile from downtown Cocoa Beach, and an easy walk to popular local restaurants, bars and shops. Visit the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier, just three miles up the coast, where you can soak up the views, shop, enjoy live entertainment and dine right over the water. Take the whole family to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex for a fascinating and fun look at the history of space travel.

This condo was very comfortable, clean, well maintained and came with everything needed for our week. We especially appreciated the beach chairs which by the way were the nicest I’ve ever seen and the boogie boards!! The check in process was so easy and loved having the 2 car garage as well. Also being able to walk out the back door straight to the ocean was amazing. 2 full bathrooms were great and both bedrooms very spacious. The kitchen is modern and plenty of dishes etc to cook for everyone. Big bonus with the washer and dryer included! Thank you for such a great place to vacation with out family!

This condo was absolutely amazing! The beach is steps away. It’s so comfortable and clean. We even extended our stay a day - which was so easy and complete 15 minutes after our request. We will stay here every time we come to Cocoa Beach. It’s centrally located near every place you’d want to be in town. I don’t have enough words for how much we enjoyed ourselves here!

Good location. Beach front property and ground floor unit. Close proximity to restaurants and downtown area. Nicely appointed. We did contact mgmt. A/C unit not cooling. Mgmt. Was prompt in sending someone to look at A/C. Had it up and running quickly. Had a nice relaxing stay!

Peaceful Stay!

The prefect Beach vacation

We enjoyed walking and relaxing on the beach, swimming in the ocean and even back at the room we still had that million-dollar view of the ocean and the nice pool. Cocoa Beach is very low key with nice shops and restaurants.

Location was good. The guests above us scooted their furniture around on the tile floors ALL night! It was so loud! The rental company was no help. Parking is very limited. Dirty linens. We had to wait for the cleaners to finish cleaning before we could get in. We were supposed to be able to get in at 3:00, but it was almost 4:00. Would not stay here again

Family Beach vacation

We started our vacation with a little bit of a hiccup that was quickly corrected and we were very grateful to the owner and rental staff. Our stay was very nice the apartment was very nicely equipped with everything you would need whether you planned to cook most meals or eat out you had the option which i loved. There were plenty of linens and even extras like beach toys. I really appreciated the washer and dryer also. All in all our family would definitely stay here again.
