Oceanfront is simply the place to be! Cocoa Beach is just steps from the door to this quaint beachy haven. First floor allows for easy access right from your car in your choice of free parking spots. The kitchen is bright and spacious, open concept to the living room. There is one bedroom and one bathroom.

The building is ideally situated oceanfront, but also near downtown Cocoa Beach which is a funky beach town with little shops and restaurants.

The space
An open-concept living area that seamlessly flows from the living room to the fully equipped kitchen. The living room features a comfortable sofa and armchair, perfect for lounging after a day of sun and sand. The large flat-screen TVs with cable and streaming services provide ample entertainment options.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals and snacks during your stay, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and coffee maker. The cupboards have extra supplies such as oils and spices for your use.

The bedroom is a cozy and inviting space, furnished with one comfortable king-sized bed and quality bedding that ensures a peaceful night's sleep.
