Borgo Santinovo is a nice holiday home with pool. The vacation home has been divided into a total of 12 separate apartments. The property can accommodate up to 42 guests comfortably in 22 bedrooms with 14 bathrooms. Borgo Santinovo is located 6 km (4 mi) from Colle Di Val D'elsa, Italy and only 26 km (16 mi) from San Gimignano in the tourist area "San Gimignano And Surroundings".


The farmhouse dining room can seat about 45 people comfortably (a maximum of 50 can be accommodated, but obviously space will be tighter). It is equipped with a kitchen and a small bathroom. It is used for dinners and breakfasts and is generally for the exclusive use of the property.
However, in the case of groups renting all 12 flats, it is possible for them to rent it at an extra cost to be paid on the spot ( on request) + € 1000.00 cash deposit to be paid on arrival. In the event of damage to the lounge, furniture, kitchen equipment or bathroom, the full amount will be retained.

Borgo Santinovo, among other amenities, includes also pool.

Soppalco (75sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom and can accommodate up to four guests.
