I had people begging for change on the second floor. The hotel had a prostitution ring staying at the hotel.

The accommodations themselves were fine. We had a late check-in and the door was locked for security, but no one was at the front desk to let us in for several minutes. And then we left really early in the morning (around 4:15am). There was a man standing right outside our door, we were so startled. He was asking us for money but we could hardly understand what he was saying. It was very unnerving and as we walked away he hid behind different walls and knocked on a door across the way. It was not ok and felt unsafe. We let the front desk know. Hopefully they did something about it. When one of our party returned after dropping us at the airport, the man was wandering around outside. It felt very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again. And I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We came into town for a wedding and the room was nice size but bathroom was not clean nor did the toilet work. I asked to have the toilet fixed via front desk and text. Upon my return, im told the toilet cant be fixed currently and they will move us to another room. As exhausted as i was from traveling for hours, sitting in traffic and attendibg a wedding...i didn't want to move rooms. I asked to stay and possibly do a partial credit and the front desk declined. We stayed over but completely dissatisfied as a platinum choice member.

Worse Country Inn and Suites I’ve ever stayed.

I’ve stayed at several Country Inn and Suites and I’ve always enjoyed my stay, until this location. Needs to be updated, renovated, and the management is very stingy with towels and wash clothes. I don’t know what that’s about.

This property stinks. They attempted to have me check into a dirty room - a room that clearly had not been cleaned. Then they gave me another room that was still dirty, but it was cleaner than the other room. Radisson should not claim this property. Avoided all costs.

Hotel Motel

This place feels more like a motel trying to be hotel. I'm always a little leery when I see signs that read, "We are not responsible for items stolen from the parking. This is especially uncomfortable when you actually see shattered glass in one of the rear parking spaces (I should have taken a picture). I had little choice. I prepaid and it was non-refundable. Of the 5 usb chargers they had sprinkled around the room, only 1 worked. Sigh. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was terrible. Clearly, the toilet and bathtub had been through some type of repairs. How do I know? - because the caulking finish was amateur and ugly. The toilet seat was loose and the toilet not properly secured to the flange. But the worst was a nightmare. On the tub curtain, the walls and some of that bad caulking, there was scary and notible blotches that appeared to me to be MOLD! Yes MOLD!! That is unacceptable. Even if it wasn't mold, and I think it was, it's a terrible thing for a guest tho witness. This "hotel" is hopeless.

Front end staff very friendly Room was clean but 1. bathroom fan and small light did not work 2. Ice Machine on my floor was not working 3. Had A/C on left for the day came back and it was off and room was very warm
