THANKFUL FOR THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WHO IMMEDIATELY GOT US A DOWNSTAIRS ROOM, I WOULD HAVE HAD TROUBLE CLIMBING THEM MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY. THE SHOWER WAS A WALK IN BUT IT IS CRACKED AND SLIPPERY FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE, FLOOR WAS SLICK AS WELL. NO GRAB BARS IN SHOWER OR TO GET UP OFF THE LOW TOILET. NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS MADE FOR THE ELDERLY. THERE WAS EVIDENCE THAT THE FLOORS AROUND THE BED WERE DIRTY AND HADN'T BEEN SWEPT VERY WELL. BEDS MADE EVERYDAY. THE BLANKET/BEDSPREAD HAD HOLES. NEEDS RENOVATIONS MADE DEFINITELY!

WiFi is terrible. Couldn’t even connect to it the 2nd day. Not sure what happened to their breakfast. All they had was yogurt and some old bread products. Stayed here before and the breakfast was decent, had a waffle maker, cereal, etc.

Staff was friendly and responsive. Room was clean and quiet. Location is great with numerous dining options nearby. Safe neighborhood. On the negative side, it is an old place that needs a lot of work. Our door lock was barley a few millimeters in the door jam and the safety chain was completely ripped out of the wall. Pool was unavailable and apparently has been all summer. Overall, decent for the price.

Very moldy, floor was wet like the carpet, the receptionist said that there were no other rooms available, amd she said that breakfast was included but failed to mention it was only yogurt (expired) and nutragrain bars. Lastly i checked 4 people in but towels for 2 were stocked. Like whats the point. I definitely wouldnt recommend thos and would like a refund

The breakfast was coffee, yogurt , granola bars and a waffle station. The walls are thin. The rooms are beaten down, baseboards were loos the shower was dingy and i had to share the room with a cockroach the size of my thumb. I have large hands.

Roaches and spiders were present in the room. The bathroom floor was very dirty. The outside of the building looked as though the area hasn't been manicured in several months. After seeing the roaches and spiders I couldn't eat that food. The personnel was semi friendly. The beds were well made and the air conditioner worked perfectly. This will not be my choice of stay again.

The room was not clean. There were dead roaches on the floor. One of the beds had hair on the sheets. There were noodles and food pieces in the corner by the microwave. The room was not clean. We didn’t even stay, we left and booked a different hotel.
