The house has 2 storeys. On the ground floor, guests will find an airy open-plan living space furnished with a contemporary L-shaped sofa, a flat-screen TV and a neat dining table with 4 chairs. Large windows offer spectacular views over Lake Lugano to the hills beyond. The glass door opens directly onto a private terrace. Here you can relax on sunloungers after a refreshing dip in the lake. There is also a shaded outside dining area for meals al fresco.
Back inside, even the kitchen has wonderful views of the lake! The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette, fondue and fridge/freezer.
Stairs lead from the living area to the first-floor bedroom.

Location
The house is below the lovely town of Collina d’Oro, only 14 minutes from Lugano. It is in a quiet location but is well-connected to the region. Due to the geography of the area, Collina d’Oro is a 10-minute drive, so for supermarkets and other amenities the town of Agno (5 minutes) is a better option. For the freshest local produce, head to the farmers’ market, which takes place on Tuesday and Friday mornings in central Lugano (30 minutes)
Lugano is packed with things to see, including MASI, The Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland, which hosts regular contemporary art exhibitions. There are many delicious restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy the best of Italian and Swiss cuisines.
The closest international airports are in Italy; Milan Malpensa 1 hour 15 minutes by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 25 minute journey.
