Elevator available, new soundproof windows, comfort bed, kitchen, Wifi, HD TV, Nespresso coffee. Our noble apartment with great design was completely redesigned and await you with a very high quality equipment.
Immerse yourself in the stylish modernity of this (47 sqm) apartment (4 km) from the heart of Cologne.

The central location and modern amenities make this apartment the ideal choice for leisure and business travelers alike.

The light-filled studio apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, with a comfortable king size double bed for 2 people, sofa bed .
The apartment is also equipped for a longer stay, it offers you a washer-dryer, iron and ironing board.
The design apartment features:

- Samsung TV 55 inch incl. Netflix
- fully equipped kitchen incl. Nespresso coffee machine
- a comfortable box spring bed 160x200 cm
- washer incl. detergent
- dishwasher
- Fully equipped kitchen (incl. salt, sugar, spices, dishwashing liquid, new sponges + dish towels)
- New stylish bathroom with shampoo, shower gel, and hairdryer
