The service was absolutely terrible. It was impossible to reach the property, none of our messages through the app were answered. They even got our check-in day wrong. At 2AM, the emergency contact number posted on the door told us we couldn’t check in until the following day. When I offered to send a screenshot of my Expedia reservation, she refused and insisted we wait. I sent it anyway, and only then did she finally give us a code. The entire process was stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. The only upside is its location.
