Beds were awful! Hardest we have experienced at any hotel or timeshare. We had to get a hairdryer from the front desk. Nearly every hotel has the built-ins now. Carpet was dirty. Hated it! We have stayed at nice Hiltons but will not stay at this one again.

The hotel and staff were very nice, and the pool was perfect for my young girls. Unfortunately, I booked a suite and the room was not ready when i arrived. I was provided with a standard room and extended a partial refund when i expressed my disappointment at checkout. Very much appreciated!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only problem I had was the vharge for the breakfast and it wasnt worth the money I paid for it. On the website it didn't say anything about paying for breakfast.

This was an excellent stay in Columbia. I especially want to say how impressed I was with the friendliness of the staff I interacted with. EJ at checkin made me feel so welcome. Robert at breakfast and the cook (I didn’t get his name) we’re wonderful and I wanted to take them home with me!!
