The outside appearance of the property looked clean and welcoming. The overall staff was friendly and welcoming. However, when we arrived into our room i was disappointed on how dated it looked. The refrigerator did not work, the knob on the air conditioner was broken, the office chair was broken and couldn't adjust, and the bathroom sink drained slow. My family who traveled with us where in a room with adjacent door and it was black mold and grime inside the adjacent doors. The only thing good was the complementary breakfast and the fresh baked cookies at the front desk.

The Smart alarm/phone had the wrong time, and I could not fix it, which was frustrating, The Smart TV did not have a cable tv box, and it kept loosing its wifi connection, so it was frustrating,

The front desk almost always was unmanned. I had to ask twice to get a crib sent up to my room. The room didn't seem that clean. The surrounding area at least was quiet and safe. Breakfast was basic hotel breakfast. The smart TV didn't work right, the smart functions didn't work at all, so we could only watch cable.

I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel was very quiet. Shower takes about a minute to get hot but when it does, it’s so nice! Water pressure is very good. Breakfast was good. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell when I walked into the room! It was hard to overcome. I sprayed a lot of my perfume to try to mask the odor. Other than that, everything was great!
