Tervetuloa suolaisen hiekan dollariin! Tämä kaunis Semi-Oceanfront tilava koti on upea merinäköala! Mikään ei ole säästynyt sen varmistamiseksi, että tämä koti, jokaisen tapaamisen ja yksityiskohtien kanssa, vastaa rannamökki-odotuksiasi. Käänteinen pohjapiirros maksimoi nämä laajat merinäkymät. Pysäköinti rannalla: Currituck County on asettanut pysäköintilupajärjestelmän Carovan rannalle. Taloon pääsyä varten ei tarvita lupaa ajaa rannalla, mutta niitä tarvitaan, jos aiot pysäköidä rannalla rannan hyödyntämiseksi 24. toukokuuta - 2. syyskuuta. Perfect week

We had a wonderful week! Weather was good, house location is great! We saw horses everyday. Perfect place to watch the beautiful sunrise and sunsets! Easy check in and check out. House was very comfy and well equipped with everything you would need for an awesome vacation!

Wonderful home away from home!

We loved being on the beach, seeing the horses, dolphins and pelicans.....and so many herons, egrets and ospreys. The sunrises were spectacular, the sunsets amazing - and all so easy to see from the top deck. The house was exactly what we needed - lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and the playroom in the basement. If we are able to go to the Outer Banks again, we will certainly hope this house is available for us.

Overall good condition and the new pill that was added is great. The front of the house facing the ocean needs a good pressure washing because there are dead bugs all over. Also some of the appliances in the house need updating like the dish washer that doesn’t actually clean your dishes. Also would recommend an ice maker outside of the one in the fridge as we struggled with enough ice for coolers to take to the beach each day. I’d recommend the house and would stay there again just would like to see some upkeep

Appreciate the freq patrols from the sheriff dept during the day with regard to parking and driving rules but After 5p it turns into a race track so small children need to be watched closely. The horse tours run all day. Our house was located close to the tour area. Seeing the horses out was really cool. The Weather was perfect. Great views from the house. Dunes are protected. House well equipped. Ice maker was added bonus. Pool was well maintained. Hot tub very nice. Chemicals pretty strong in hot tub. Beds were comfortable. Great family vacation!

Incompetence and unprofessional management

We rented this property for our annual family vacation. Our first day experience was an absolute nightmare, and I cannot express my disappointment enough for the rental company (Beach Realty of North Carolina, Inc.) After receiving a text message at 4 pm confirming the house was ready to check in, we were met with an appalling reality upon arrival. The house was an absolute disaster! It was dirty, messy, dirty sheets were still on the beds, kitchen was filthy....We have to wait until 6:30 pm for the cleaning crew to arrive and they did not finished until 9 pm. My young grandchildren (3 under the age of 4) were utterly exhausted and cranky from our long journey. They were unable to go to bed until after the cleaning crew left. Their incompetence resulted in our grandchildren being deprived of much needed rest, causing unnecessary distress for the whole family. To add insult to injury, when we raised our concerns and sought compensation for the first day's ordeal and undue hardship it caused, we were met with nothing short of indifference from the rental company's manager (Scott). The paltry offer (10% of the daily rental rate) for ruining an entire first day of our vacation, is a blatant display of their disregard for customer satisfaction. Attempting to appeal to the rental company's manager fell on deaf ears, the lack of accountability and responsibility is unforgivable. Safe yourself the trouble and avoid renting from Beach Realty of NC Inc.

The house was mostly clean upon arrival, however, there was still trash left in some trash cans and some beer bottles lying around. There was also shaved hair from the previous users on a few of the bathroom sinks. Otherwise, the house was clean. The pictures of the house were a little deceptive- the house is smaller than it appears in the pictures. Our WiFi did not work the entire week long stay. This impacted our stay significantly as five of us work from home. All five of us had to take 5 days off of work that we were not anticipating. The realty company was quick to respond to our concerns- however no accommodations were made to help fix the issue. The property manager, Scott, reached out to me about the issue and was very rude, acted annoyed, and didn’t seem to have the time of day for my concern of having no wifi to work from home. Overall, we still had a great vacation, but the property manager, Scott, was no help when we actually had an issue.

Salty Sand Dollar So Worth It!!

What a wonderful experience on the 4x4 area in Carolla/Carova! Everything was so well prepared, clean and the property was spectacular! Pleasantly of fun and things to do at beach and home for all ages. Gorgeous views, super clean and well appointed. Our family will definitely return!

Perfect for the whole family!

The best layout & well-equipped house we’ve stayed in. The owners have thought of everything! We loved it! The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating was because the house was not cleaned before we arrived & we were told 3 different stories as to what happened 😔 & nothing was offered due to our inconvenience.

Great location

This house is in a great location. Just a few miles down the beach. We saw horses on 2 separate days from the back deck. Loved the floor plan of the house. Great with small kids. The ocean is in view from the front side of the house and just a short walk to the beach.

Nice property with great views

Overall it was a great stay, the first time we stayed on Corova Beach. The view from the house was awesome. I would recommend that the knobs on the kitchen cabinets be replaced, all though they look nice they catch on clothes and snag them. The kitchen could be more stocked had to wash forks on several occasions as we did not have any. The sofa in the living room area needs to be clean a little dirty. I would also update the dishwasher and washer and dryer other wise we loved the house. :)
