The fully equipped kitchen on this floor features an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and benefits from a dining table and a direct exit to the garden.

The upper floor hosts 4 bedrooms in total. The first bedroom contains a French bed of 160 cm, the second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds of 80 cm each, the third bedroom features a French bed of 160 cm and an en-suite shower and WC, and the fourth bedroom is distinguished by sloping ceilings and a French bed of 160 cm.
