Cleanliness only 5 out of 10. Hot breakfast completely gone by 9 and no effort to make more- very disappointing. Our room had a huge hole in the wall in you first entered the room… no one could have missed this yet the room was still rented to us.

Omaha quick stay

We booked this room when two other hotels fell through that claimed they offered shuttle service to the airport. They receptionist confirmed they did have a shuttle. We landed after midnight. The driver was also the receptionist. She was quick to respond to our call for the shuttle. Check in went smooth adnwe were in our room in no time. It is an older hotel, but well maintained and clean.

Never again

There was only one person at the front desk and he seemed very overwhelmed. Had three calls within a couple of minutes of each other no one else was there to help him. My accessible room did not have bars in the bathtub and the tub was way too high and the tub was very slippery,For being a handicap bathroom. there was no soap to use in the bathtub. Both containers were empty. Just one little bottle of soap for two nights. It looked like the floor was not vacuumed. There was crumbs all over the floor. The mattress was very saggy. The bathtub was dirty for breakfast. There was no coffee cups and very little Food was there on both days . I would highly not recommend this hotel to anyone. The list was there was no closet to hang anything. How can you stay at a hotel that does not have a closet. Very disappointed in this hotel. Also the people next to us were smoking marijuana and it’s went through our room. Only one elevator worked so we had to wait sometimes 20 minutes to get into an elevator. .
