L'AvantGardiste is a spacious 6 bedroom duplex, in attic of Les Mischabels building listed in the hitparade of the hundred most beautiful buildings built in Switzerland 1960 - 1975.

In summer we will love the outdoor spaces, the view from the terraces, the golf courses and the lake.

In winter we will love the warmth of the house and the proximity to the ski slopes.

The duplex is fully equipped for optimal comfort to accommodate large families.

Ground floor:
The entrance give access to a large new kitchen with a dining room, the living room with a panoramic view and to the terrasse. As well as two bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, and finally a guest bathroom.

First floor:
The landing which gives access to 4 bedrooms a shared bathroom.
