It is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 10, and optimally 8 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 5 bedrooms (200x165), three of which are located on the upper floor, and a cot is provided for the children, which is also available! The villa also has 6 bathrooms with showers and 2 additional toilets. On the upper floor there is also a living room with a three-seater, two armchairs, two stools, two coffee tables and a TV. Next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table and a kitchen that is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family or friends.



On the ground floor there are the remaining two rooms, wellness with sauna, jacuzzi and fitness equipment, which will especially delight fans of an active holiday. Of course, there is also a room for fun and games, where children and adults can try their hand at darts, billiards or table football. Outside the villa, in the yard next to the pool, there is also a trampoline.



Next to the villa, there is the rest of the facilities, such as a 32 m2 swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 metres, 6 deck chairs for sunbathing and relaxing, and an outdoor charcoal, wood or gas grill. There are also two covered outdoor dining tables, perfect for evening gatherings with a glass of wine. On the terrace, you will be able to enjoy the sea view and the surroundings and indulge in the charms of Villa Ancora.



The yard is fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces, while there are two more outside.
