The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in the typical local style and functionally. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities and terrace.

Crikvenica. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
