Step outside and relax under the pergola, where comfortable seating invites you to enjoy the fresh air and quiet surroundings. Just a two-minute walk away, you’ll find our shared dock with direct access to a canal that’s perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking or boating.

Whether you’re looking for a base for your next water adventure or simply a cozy place to unwind, our home offers the best of both. We’d love to host you and share the beauty of Crystal River with you!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All kayaks and paddle boards that were used need to be drained and placed back on racks. Place paddles on racks. Games and charcoal grill need to be put back in shed.
AC needs to be set to 80 degrees. Trash cans need to be taken out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location and affordable. Central to all activities you want to do in Crystal River. The home was very clean and tidy with a great space for a family. The host was responsive and accommodating. Would consider staying again.

Great spot! Perfect for a small group. Loved access to kayaks (in order to launch you do need to walk a little ways) and we did a little fishing which was awesome. Clean and solid communication. The Internet was finicky and down during our stay, but that's not what vacation is about for us.
