This was my second stay here and i did book it last minute of tet (new year eve) as it shows one room left... this was one of the rooms on the main floor behind the reception desk. I was only staying one night and essentially just sleeping so i thought it would be ok. At some point i noticed an half eaten container of chips from the bar and brought it to the attention of the staff and she said a mouse likely ate it! Surely enough a few hours later i heard a noise and saw the mouse but it got away. I tried sleeping but couldn't as the mouse kept me up all night and i ended staying up with the lights on. In the morning i went for breakfast which used to be served on the rooftop pool but now they moved it into the basement. Hardly any selection and the staff stood around without refilling the food station. My previous review was a 4/5 going back a bit over a year ago... this one is a 2. The room was ok otherwise and probably worthy of its 3 star rating.

My room was not what I expected, but MUCH BETTER. The staff is courteous and kind. On this trip alone, I have already stayed in 5 different hotels and the Herriott was by far my favorite. Great breakfast. Free bike rental. Close enough to the beach, but also off the main road so very little noise. AND A GREAT VIEW! 11/10

Highly recommended!

Nice hotel in Da Nang,near the city center,the beach.You can go to K mart,OK mart,..to buy something you need.so many many Korea restaurant near the hotel.Good staff and nice view from our room .

The rooms are large, new and very clean and the style is nice. The staff are super pleasant and friendly. There is a compact pool area on the roof, but it is well maintained. Only are for improvement is breakfast... it finishes fairly early (9.30 at the weekend...), and if you are 'late' down all options are annihilated and tables dirty... there were staff around, they just didn't seem to be doing much as i guess they thought the service was almost over...

Room was nice and clean and staff was friendly. The shower and toilet are in the same area. If the draining doesn’t happen quickly, you’re left with a slippery toilet are. You also get free breakfast which was good!

Pleasant stay!

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Location seems outskirt but it’s walking distance to danang beach. Very polite staff. If you don’t mind walking there are a lot of restaurants, cafes to explore around that area.

Nice and Clean Hotel.

Location in between the beach and Riverside. Recommended to rent a motorcycle(Rental cost 150k Dong) or bicycle (Free). Overall stay feel good but no safety box inside the room.

Nice hotel but needs improvement

Stayed at the herriott hotel for two nights. Pros: Check in (quick and easy) Room : small, but clean, nicely decorated Staff: seems to be friendly WiFi: fast Cons: Bathroom: no separate shower from toilet. Hot water is limited. Breakfast: absolutely disgusting. Cold eggs! Bad choices Elevator: only one! it can take forever especially when many guests are using it.

Lovely boutique hotel

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and were totally comfortable. Love the cozy layout of The Herriot Hotel and is close to town. Walking distance to the beach and convienient store. Though rooms are fairly small,it got everything one needs, a good size bed, desk, WIFI etc. The staff is what makes this hotel special, they were all friendly and very helpful. Definitely 5 star rating for this hotel!I would recommend Herriot to my friends and I will defiantly come back again!

I'm falling in love with this hotel

I can't tell u how much I love this hotel. Everything is organized perfectly just the way it is. The room has big size, big window, nice view and high quality amenities. Staffs are super friendly. It's worth every penny.

Newly hotel, located near both beach and city center. The room is so clean with excellent decoration. Our room has a large window view to city. Room faces to street but very quite. Staffs are very friendly. We will back in next time. Highly recommended!

Peaceful !!!

I stayed at The Herriott during my business trip to Danang and they're really made me feel comfortable like home. I'm really impressed with the interior design of the hotel; the room was pretty nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The location was perfect as it is peaceful, quite and seafood restaurants around. I'll definitely be back when coming to Da Nang and highly recommend The Herriott for everyone. Thank you for being a wonderful part in my trip to Vietnam!

Very comfortable bed and new place

I stayed there for three days. It’s just opened two months ago. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is very nice. The only problem I had is the food. They had only American style breakfast and wasn’t good. Other than than it’s a very good place to stay. Nice rooftop bar and pool.
