The reason I visited this hotel is that this hotel was built in 1921. I also enjoyed other things at this hotel. I enjoyed the treadmill at their gym. You can order Uber Eats online to drop off the foods at your door! I did twice!

Old hotel

We were put into a room and the heat did not work. They kept telling us someone was going to come look. My husband called several times and they eventually changed our room. Same problem. We checked out and stayed at the Westin.

Elevators were down - only one worked. Valet parking was a good option but super time consuming and brought the wrong car several times and late even after using the service system they asked us to use. Room service was offered once at the beginning of our stay - we asked them to come back and they never did - kept asking for more toilet paper and had to wait - waited a day for new towels and still no room service.

An elevator was not working and there was a long line to get into an elevator. Kids were crying and a lady was yelling to me, "I'm warning you, don't stay in this hotel". My son had to take my bags up 5 flight of stairs for me so I did not have to wait with them (my son was staying in another hotel). The drapes were dirty, light cover on the bed, noisy street with loud cars. A lot of homeless on our walk from the convention center to the hotel.
