5 nights stay

I stayed 5 nights, the room was good, the shower is not fully closed so water wet the bathroom floor, but it dries quickly. In addition, its a bit far from the city center, about 25 minutes with a tram including the walking to the stations, and there not much around the hotel, there is a supermarket a few mintues walk but restaurants are a bit farther away... other then that it was good, I recommend this hotel.

Great hotel

This is away from the downtown busyness, which I really liked. You can easily hop on Tram #2 which take you throughout the city and Centraal Station. The room was the perfect size, clean and every day my bed was made, a new supply of towels and coffee pods.

tres bon service courtois ...hotel un peu retirer du centre ville mais tres facilement accesible avec le Tram (2) située a 5min de marche et qui nous amene partout dans le centre ville et meme a la gare centrale. possibilité de louer les velos a lhotel pour 18euro par jour ... pret de resto a 10-15 min de marche

Ungodly hot

While the hotel and room itself were nicely kept, the temperature in the rooms was unbearable. The A/C does not work, only provided fans and a window that only tilted open a couple of inches. On a positive the service in the bar and restaurant was good.

The room was hot. There was no heat on, we slept with the window open and were grateful for a fan we found on top of the closet. Sleep would be impossible without cooling it down. The shower was small and slippery. Not great for those with mobility issues. The front desk people were friendly and very helpful. It was a convenient walk to the tram to get to Amsterdam Central.

Lovely Quiet Spot!

Lovely time spent in Amsterdam, Best Western was an oasis of calm in a busy city! Staff really nice especially a particular member’SelSabiel’ on the front desk…so helpful & friendly!
