I thought for the star rating and for the price, this place was absolutely excellent. The breakfast was minimal, but that's to be expected. Shuttle worked great, front desk staff was friendly, room was spotless. I think some other review mentioned the reading chair that was completely falling apart, which was kind of hilarious. But I didn't need a reading chair, and everything I needed was perfect. Oh, and another comment, which applies to a lot of hotels. It's okay to keep the parking lot as bright as daylight during the night, I suppose, but maybe the lights could face down so that they don't shine in the third floor windows. No but really, I loved this hotel!

Room was clean and attended to daily. Despite the water saving suggestion in the bathroom, when I hung up towels to reuse, they were always replaced. The gym definitely needs some attention, but was serviceable. Despite the non-smoking rooms, somebody was definitely smoking pot on my floor. I notified the front desk, but they indicated they couldn't do anything unless i knew the exact room, which I could not verify. Generally the staff was very responsive and friendly.

The room was not very clean and they no longer offer the shuttle within a mile of hotel. The staff kept calling and knocking on the door when I put in for a late checkout.

I have used this location many times and the shuttle service within a mile of the hotel was one of the main reasons I used it. They no longer offer that so I will be using the Hilton across the street now.

Front staff were great and good shuttle service, though the hotel smelled strongly of smoke even in non-smoking rooms and the fridge in our room made a horrific noise every 10 minutes so I had to unplug it, also the toilet overflowed from the top basin, but the staff make it a good choice for staying near the airport
