The entryway when you walk in is beautiful the ballrooms that they have there are great. The actual hotel rooms are not so good. They are very dated. The furniture is decent, but everything else is not. I had broken lampshades broken TVs. The carpet was gross. The toilet was cracked. It was definitely not what I expected for this hotel and overpriced for those rooms.

The hotel needs a major upgrade. The carpet in the general hotel was stained. Our room door had a bad latch job around the handle. There was a huge brown stain from a leak in our bathroom ceiling. Teh beds smelled a little like mildew. The elevators didn’t have any lights when selecting the floors, on the buttons or on the sign in the elevator. When we were checking in, another guest said their room smelled like weed and the woman at the desk asked them what they wanted her to do about it. We had dinner in the restaurant and that was decent, but doesn’t look anything like the menu on the website. There was plenty of parking. Around the area, there is a sketchy strip mall with a smoke shop, a Dunkin, a McDonalds and a few gas stations. The exit up has much nicer stores and restaurants. Would not stay here again and would not recommend anyone stay here.

A perfectly fine place to stay fif you don’t want to pay $350 a night for a local Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn. A go to for me.

RODENT IN ROOM! DO NOT stay at this hotel especially if you have a pet! My family had the displeasure of staying at this hotel as we were waiting to close on a home nearby. We checked in and were told we needed to stay in the pet friendly area of the hotel which is ok and I guess to be expected. However, when we walked in, the room smelled absolutely awful like a dog had freshly peed all over it. Since I was working remotely and had to log back in for back to back meetings and we planned on leaving early the next morning, we decided to just push through and stay in the room without complaining. The next morning we learned that the closing had been delayed so we had to stay an extra night, which is when we asked to switch rooms. At this point the the front desk staff was still relatively respectful and switched our room, even giving us a free breakfast voucher. We ended up staying another 2 days (due to further delays) and though it was never pleasant (the hotel and the rooms are all dirty and rundown as documented in all the other reviews), we stayed because we kept thinking "just one more night". It all came to an end on our final day there when a MOUSE scurried along the wall in the room. In shock and horror, we promptly got up, gathered our things and put them in the car to check out immediately. We expected to be met with a normal amount of human decency and empathy but nope!
