5 bedrooms. 4 on the 1st floor. 2 master bedrooms with King beds & En-suite bathrooms plus 2 additional bedrooms with twin (full) beds, sharing a Jack n Jill bathroom.
Ground floor master bedroom with Queen bed & en-suite bathroom.
Convenient for those that wish to sleep on the ground floor with easy access doorways to bedroom & en-suite shower.

18 hole Providence pay and play Golf & Country Clubhouse with bar and restaurant is just a short walk away. You will also find the Pro golf shop, Tennis courts & Children's play area.

The house was nice and very spacious. The host was great with communications and quick to help make our vacation wonderful. House was clean and the pool was a fun surprise for the kids. Neighborhood was quiet and not far from theme parks. Would definitely visit here again.

The property offers great amenities through the HOA with access to a very nice playground near the club house, a water park and gym. The house was very roomy and clean at arrival. The game room was a bit more suited for adults than young kids however our little ones loved the Disney theme within their rooms. pm and host were very responsive.

Perfect family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this villa and I highly recommend. The villa is true to the photos, very comfortable and was a good size for our family of 6 adults. The games room was a huge hit! We cooked most evenings and had food delivered on those we didn’t, as we didn’t feel the need to leave the comfort of our temporary home after a busy day at the parks. Great communication with the owner. Many thanks!

3 week Villa stay

The villa itself was lovely it was clean modern looking and spacious. The only letdown was the patio furniture as it was made with a sort of rattan, most of the chairs were falling to pieces it was scratchy on our backs and not very comfortable.

Great time!

Our family enjoyed the home very much. Waking up to go from PJs to swimsuit after waking up was great! There was plenty of room for the 9 of us. It was clean and spacious. We had only one issue, it was really warm in the upstairs bedrooms at night. We are looking forward to do this again!

The pictures are misleading, the house was smaller than expected. The kitchen floor was sticky and the freezer was dirty when we checked in. The ac in 2 of the bedrooms didn't work well. There were roaches on the kitchen counter, in the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. There was even one crawling on my daughter in her bed upstairs. We were so disappointed. For the amount of money I paid, I expected much more!! I told the management about this amd nothing was done or offered! Terrible and disappointing

Best rental we’ve ever had.

Stayed at 4 different other rentals over the last 4 years and this one has been the best by far. Pool was warm even if it was a little cool out. Beds were comfortable and the house was quiet. None of doors, floors or beds squeezed. Only trouble I had was when I told the kids they had to go home.

Heel goed!

We hadden heel goed contact met de eigenaar, vooral ook toen de orkaan over kwam. Het inchecken ging makkelijk en snel, we kregen de gegevens de dag van te voren. Het huis was goed en schoon, zoals op de foto’s. Heerlijk zwembad. Op ongeveer 20 minuten van disneyworld en 30 van universal.
