The entire place was a mess. First room the air conditioning didn’t work. Got moved to second room and it had bugs and a broken tv. I left.

The first room they put us in was a hot mess, the door frame was completely off, there were stains all over the beds, the pictures were taken off the wall and places under the bathroom sink.

only booked for one night had no towels washcloth or soap in the room. when i went to let front desk know they said they didn't have anymore. i asked for a refund to book with a hotel that can accommodate the basics, that's when they suddenly could provide me with towels and washcloth, they looked like they have been washed but dingy and dirty. all red roofs are not like this. this one location just had bad management/owners. would have went to the red roof not to far from this one

The customer service was horrible television remote didn’t work and took the guy over 30 minutes to get there to help with the problem… the room and the bedding were filthy. The AC barely worked. It took four hours for the room to cool down.

The first room they tried to put us in #116 smelled like wet dog and urine. The second smelled musty with cigarettes. We checked in late and were extremely tired. When we asked for some sort of compensation in the morning they claimed that we should not have checked in . The TV remote did not function and the air conditioning was malfunctioning. The water pressure was the only thing that was good about our stay. There was a dirty wash cloth left in the room. A hole caulked over in the bathroom door. A stain in the sheet of the bed. We again were tired, so we tolerated the conditions expecting the management to compensate us, and they didn't.

The smell in the room was so bad I left with a headache after 10 hours in the room. It smelled like wet dogs were wearing old wet moldy shoes. I cannot explain how bad the smell was. The towels felt like sandpaper. There was a hole (approximately 2”x 1”) in the wall next to the toilet where the drywall wasn’t properly repaired after it looks like someone worked on something and cut away the drywall. The smell of the room was by far the worst. I had just driven 8 hours and had another 16 left to do. If I wasn’t so tired and in a crunch to get sleep, I would’ve asked to change rooms. It really was unacceptable.

I checked in around 9:30 and the air conditioner was not working so I called the front desk and asked if there was a trick to it. He said that he would send a ticket to maintenance. I was tired and going to sleep and didn’t want to wait then I grabbed the remote and the remote didn’t work so the front desk came down to fix the TV and the remote still didn’t work and then I tried to heat up something in the microwave. The microwave didn’t work so I tossed and turned all night couldn’t see if it was hot. The next day I got up and went to work early came back. The air conditioner still wasn’t fixed. I asked if I could switch rooms and he said let’s try the maintenance guy first well waited another two hours. Didn’t want to be disturbed by the maintenance guy with they did come so I went up there and asked if we could switch rooms. He gave me a room that was filthy dirty on accident I imagine either way I had to run back to the office to get another room so it was just very inconvenience and the whole reason I needed the hotel was to sleep.

Didn’t realize I was staying where the room doors are on the outside. Clerk wasn’t friendly. Room had a smell. Attempted to borrow an iron from front desk. Didn’t have any. That would have been a plus. I could hear the tv from conjoining room, clear. Would only stay here again if it’s a last resort, my car may be better. It is only a few minutes drive to many places.

Absolutely terrible The room smelled as soon as you walked in, it was filthy, duck taped lights, one towel for 2 people, front desk was no help! Overall, a terrible place to stay!
