This Boho Bungalow is just steps to the Ocean Center, 1 block to the beach, boardwalk & Main Street! Whether you’re in town for business, a convention at the Ocean Center or coming to enjoy the beach, our home is perfectly suited for all types! Bring your bathing suit & flip flops, we have taken care of the rest!

Disney World & Universal Studios are 1hr & 15mins away!
St Augustine(The FIRST city in the U.S.) is only 1hr away!
Guests must contact host if they are wanting to bring a trailer or motorcycles before booking.
If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. The yard is not fully fenced in, so please keep your dog on a leash! Other guests could potentially have pets on the property during your stay as well.
No local guests. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.
Photo government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation will be required to be sent to the host within 24hrs of booking.
Parking is on-street parking & only allowed in the designated parking area on the street behind the home (3 min walk) & you must park with the flow of traffic.
Guests are to provide their own charcoal if they would like to use the grill
$15 per pet per night. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $180 per animal per month

This property is located right behind the Ocean Center with no neighbors on one side. The Daytona Lagoon waterpark is a 3 minute walk away and the boardwalk and beach are a 5 minute walk away! Parking for this home is located on-street parking located on the street behind the property and is a 3-4 min walk.
Full use of the courtyard and the picnic tables in the common area!
Private apartment with a gorgeous quartz countertops, soft close cabinets & fully stocked kitchen. There is a portable 2 burner cook top, microwave, coffee maker and all utensils and cookware needed for a great meal! In the bedroom, you will find a large walk in closet a high end plush memory foam queen bed with cooling technology & an en suite custom bathroom!

This is our secons year in a row staying at this BNB! It is the PERFECT amount of space for a couple (and their pup!)! The fold out couch is also nice if you have a friend or two that want to stay a night as well! Chris has been very accommodating both times and I'm sure we will continue to choose this location!

Great Location

The rental was lovely, however we found the bed uncomfortable, sags in the middle, when 2 people lie down you both roll to the middle. Low water pressure in shower. Couldn't figure out how to turn light on in closet. Don't understand why there is a 14 day eait for $150 deposit refund.

Wake and walk to Daytona Beach

My Family of 3 stayed at this property for a month while relocating States for work. Love grows best in small spaces! A comfortable and safe location! An easy, two block, walk to the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Beach access. Convenient for location to beach and grocery stores. Owners were great with communication. We had a great stay and would book again if in the area!
