This resort truly had everything we needed to make this our home away from home for the weekend. My only complaints would be our unit was insanely humid and did not circulate air into the bedroom properly so we were very hot at night, and the pillows were way too thick you could barely lay on them. Aside from that the property is beautiful and conveniently located across the street from many restaurants and clothing stores as well as Publix. Our unit was on the bottom floor and had a patio walkout to the pool deck. I wish the patios were numbered because I snuck out while my family was still sleeping to catch the sunrise and then couldn’t tell which patio was mine to get back in, had to walk around to the front.

I loved the property, especially the tiki bar area and hot tub. Hot tub was perfectly located and at a perfect temp. The room was also very clean and nice. Property staff was also great. They were quick to wish you a good morning, afternoon or evening when passing by. My only issue and it is a small one, is the front desk staff. The majority of them had no idea what was going on. For example went down to ask what time the hot tub closed. she said she did not even know they had a hot tub. Other then front desk issues, the property and hotel was great.

I didnt like the check in process i was checked in by the property manager Lyn Sbarglia and she was acrually the worst. I was not told about the QR code that tells u about the laundry room housekeeping and other important information that should be told to every guest. She was too busy trying to send me to the man about the timeshare that she lied and said that he would assit us with parking. I didnt feel it was necessary to talk to him we had already paid for our vacation. Not to mention the unexpected resort fee upon my arrival. I was told on the 3rd day that i would not receive any housekkeping because i was only staying 6 days not 7. Still i have not been told until the 4th day about the qr code and when to do a towel exchange. Now this is the kicker when i was checking out Kim the tried to explain about the qr code and i told her it wasnt necessary im checking out.

Pool was closed for Reno’s. Room was spacious. Kitchen was perfect. No outdoor patio / opening windows for our room. Easy parking. Walking distance to amenities. Little restaurant inside hotel. Beach is nice. Clean room. Decent hotel for the area.

I reported they the ice paler didn’t work 3 times and maintenance came 3 times, after the 3rd time. Maintenance told me they shut off the water after they couldn’t fix it. Than during the middle of the night, the ice maker leaked water and as I was walking to the bath room I slipped and fell. I also got trapped I. The shower as the sliding glass door wouldn’t open. I called the front deck from my cell phone and after 20 minutes of waiting I ended up calling 9111 to get me out of the shower…

We were very disappointed with the hotels indoor entertainment. The indoor pool was in very poor condition. And because it was cold outside we were expecting to be able to do indoor activities. The vending machines were not working and took some of our money and when we told the front desk they said they were not responsible for the vending machines. We bought cards for the kids for the arcade and was supposed to get extra credit for the amount of money we spent and didn’t get it, the front desk again said they were not responsible for that either. Also as you will see in the pictures, the water in the bathtub was green. I have pictures of the conditions and would like to be reimbursed for my trip. Thank you, Linda Mielke

Clean but needs work

It was nice for a last min stay for a wedding. The in door pool and game room needs more attention and the floor was so dirty in our room And room door needs a new weather seal But other than that everything else was clean and working
