The home completety Renovated and located in a prime location. This is a great spot for your vacation. We are only a 10 min drive to the Beach and less than 15 min to international speedway. This house has an Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials! There is a fire pit in the backyard that leads out to a swing set, corn hole games, pingpong table and we have a Heated screened in pool with fun floats. The patio has a Monument propane grill, where you can BBQ and lounge under our pergola making fun memories.

Living room: pull out Queen sofa bed and Twin Sofa bed, LED electric fireplace, 50" smart TV and Retro game console with 2 wired game controls.

Bedroom 1: queen bed, memory foam mattress and pillows, 43" smart TV, private bathroom, white noise machine, full length mirror, walk-in closet, pool access.

memory form mattress: All mattresses in our home has a mattress Procter even the pull-out couches.

Bedroom 2: queen bed, memory foam mattress and pillows, 43" smart TV, white noise machine, full length mirror, closet.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, memory foam mattresses, white noise machine, closet.

Bedroom 4: We converted into a lounging area with a queen sofa bed, 43" smart TV, white noise machine, closet, pool access.

Kitchen: Open kitchen concept with quartz countertops, 4 turquoise aluminum stools, stainless steel appliances and coffee bar (drip coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, ground coffee, creamer, sugar, teas, acrylic wine glasses and ice bucket). Pots and pans, basic condiments, kitchen utensils, plates and cups and cleaning supplies.

Dining: Table with seating for 6.

Bathrooms: Renovated bath tubs, basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and bar soap), bath towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, magnifying mirror, hair dryer.

Pool area: 13 ft (width) x 30 ft ( length) and 5 feet deep. Heated screened in pool, four burner propane grill, 2 pool lounge chairs and side table, pool storage( microfiber pool/beach towels, pool toys, beach umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, giant jenga, corn hole bags, pool cleaning supplies). Solar lights automatically turn on at night.

Backyard: Large vinyl fenced in backyard, fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs (1 Duraflame provided in kitchen per stay). 2 bench swings with solar string lights that automatically turn on at night. 2 Nintendo corn holes in mulch area.

Patio: Vinyl pergola with solar lights which automatically turn on at night, aluminum outdoor table with seating for 6.

Cameras: The property is secured by 4 cameras for your safety and our protection. 1.) doorbell camera 2.) single gate entrance 3.) double gate entrance 4.) monitoring the shed/pool pump( this camera cannot see the pool area for your privacy.)
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire property except for the outdoor shed and 2 indoor closets.
Other things to note
Cities to visit: Orlando( Disney/Universal studios), St. Augustine, New Smyrna Beach are all within a 1 hour drive.

We are located next to an active train track. For extra comfort we provide 1 white noise machine per room and earplugs

Pets, Parking, Pool Heater and Parties:

Pet: we only support ESA pets, please be courteous and clean after your pet. Only 1 allowed max.

Pool heater: please notify host when using....Max temp heat 85. We also provide a solar pool cover to help keep the pool warm during cooler temperatures. We recommend to use when the pool not in use.

Parking: Parking is always free, but our property can only accommodate up to 5 cars. Please contact owner for approval, additional vehicle parking in gravel area.

Parties: Because the home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood (with limited parking), the house is NOT suitable for loud drink partying. Obviously, celebration of special events with family and friends is fine (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).
