Our stay was terrible, the frint desk person was on their phone didnt even acknowledge us standing right in front of him. There was a party in one of the rooms on our floor. They were blasting music, really loud and obnoxious. And the hallways reeked of marijuana smell. Someone kept on knocking the doors to every room on the 6th floor. This started from 9ish to about 12am. I called the feont desk numerous time but no answer. I didnt feel save walking down to the lobby. Very rude staff.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE....DO NOT STAY!!!!this property has no pool and no beach access it does not tell you that until you reserve the room and at that point its to late to cancel..the ceiling in dining room is falling apart..the whole 6th floor smelled like weed for the whole two days....the hallway was flooded on 6th floor thus morning when we left....breakfast was terrible.....customer service was terrible...parking was horrible....this is the worst hotel ive ever stayed at...no chairs on balcony to sit in....not worth over $400 to stay here...i will tell everyone dont stay at this crap..and only 2 elevators for 10 floors and they were slow as crap to...BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!

No hot water in room, AC didn’t work, not enough parking and despite it being a busy holiday weekend there was only one desk clerk. Maintenance staff was helpful in getting things fixed. Also pool was not open due to hurricane damage and there wasn’t any beach access.

PROS: Light breakfast included in stay. Waffle house restaurant within walking distance if you want something more hearty. Nice view of the beach. Next door to a park for easy access to the beach. Room and bed clean. CONS: Not flexible on early check-in. Very limited parking availability, had to park across the street. When we were there, the pool area was under construction. The shower was in a bath tub that was difficult to manage.

Nice hotel if all you want is an ocean view

The view and the staff were nice. The breakfast bar was pretty good. The pool and hottub are both not working. There wasn't enough parking in the main parking or the overflow lot for their guests. We only had fresh towels the first day of our 5 night stay, and requested towels but was told by staff that the hotel was out of towels. The price of the hotel was not relective of the quality of stay. Maybe once they get all the renovations finished it would be worth the price.

Disappointing stay

The hotel is decent and the young lady at check in was nice and polite she got me early check in and extra pillows and towels. But the marijuana smells at this hotel was horrible. I paid for a balcony room that I couldn’t even enjoy because the smell was so bad we had to close the window and go inside to escape! That issue needs to be addressed immediately before the hotel isn’t worth going to.

worst hotel

This was our 2nd stay within the month, understanding there had been a huricane or two ( many properties were being redone) and thw pool was almost done in March but this time April , one month later still not done. Ceiling in eating area still a disaster, ewaiting for it to fall down, sign on 24/7 eatery still up ( they havent hd that in at leasst a yr) Got to hotel and they said the room I booked ,2 months ago, is not available ( 2 queen bed , Suppose to have granchild for one night) It was Jeep week, I said where is my room? She kinda mumbled and said I'll find something. So no queens GREAT!!! Aking , ok I said not on side. She did give us a king room , for handicapp, which we're not , but ok, no grandkid. I didn't let them clean the room since last month they did'nt even make the bed, i can do that. There was also a hole on the corner of the hasack , either torn and not taped or chewed ( pet friendly and any size dog) I let them know so we were not responsible but should have been replaced , fixed or taped. Never stayed at a Hyatt thought this would be great byt not anymore. It was a disgrace, yes I should have taken pictures. I will from now on.
