Our resort is located in the heart of the city, just minutes away from the Boardwalk & Pier, Daytona International Speedway, and the Volusia Mall.
An abundance of activities and amenities are all at your disposal to ensure you will have the best beach vacation ever! Take a dip in the oceanfront pool or dine outside after grilling at our oceanfront grilling station. Enjoy a game of ping-pong, billiards, shuffleboard and more or hang out with family and friends in our huge game/social room. Also located in the game/social room is our internet café where you may attend to your social or business needs. Other amenities include a laundry room, workout room and a dry sauna.

All the units located on property are oceanfront with a balcony.
Is there anyone available after the office has closed?
An Attendant on Duty is available after the Office has closed and can be contacted by pressing the security button on your room phone.
What kind of coffee pot is in the unit?
Each unit is completely stocked with all the amenities of home including a blender, toaster, can openers, utensils, dishes, cookware and a standard 12 cup coffee pot.
Can I park my trailer on property?
NO trailers, motor homes, trucks over (1) ton or recreational vehicles are permitted at any time. - NO EXCEPTIONS
