Beautiful condo

This was a beautiful condo in a good location. It was clean. I was disappointed that it didn’t have a pool. It was destroyed in the hurricane a year and a half ago. I think should have been on the web sight. The listing stated there was a pool. We were hoping to set around a pool. It was unorganized with the towels and wash cloths. We had to hunt to find washcloths. We made due. It also said toilet paper was supplied. There was one and an half rolls. We were there 7 days. Once again not a big deal we bought some. All in all it was beautiful and I would highly recommend it.

Perfect for family time ❤ on the beach ⛱!!

The owner was very helpful and informative. She answered questions immediately and was very friendly. The condo was beautiful, alot of room for family games and relaxing times. 3 bedrooms was a plus, especially with kids. We were able to keep all our beach stuff in parking garage in front of our assigned spot. It was always locked no reason to worry and gate codes required for entry given at check in. This made us feel a lot safer. We were right next to beach access to drive on beach, do not drive on beach unless you have 4 wheel drive (soft sand). We recommend putting up your tent early 7ish it gets busy ( we chose to set up on the right side of beach access( no worries of cars driving ) . The condo does rent a lot of rooms but there are also alot of owners, all of which were very pleasant. Our maintenance guy Al, was always available and he was very busy and very friendly. Bonus points for him working so hard in the Florida heat. The only downfall was parking. You are assigned one spot in garage and front parking is first come, only 2 spots total per room ( one out front, one in garage) and you must have parking pass visible. They do check for passes in vehicle for safety purposes. Additional parking is available a few miles away but we didn't use it (didn't feel safe leaving car there unattended). Overall We enjoyed our stay, highly recommend it and we will definitely 😊book with Sherri again. This was one of the best VRBO rentals we have used.

Perfect Vacation!

We loved our stay here! The amount of amenities in the kitchen were perfect for our family. It is a great location and easy to get to everything. We especially loved the view of the beach and Inter coastal from the large balcony. So many beautiful sunset's. We would definitely stay here again!
