Welcome to our little slice of heaven on earth! This tiny home sits on 40 acres with its own private lake full of fish and wildlife. You can swim, fish, or float as much you like and walk as far as you can see. 5 minutes away you can take a walk down the quaint city of Florala which offers many antique stores and the beautiful Lake Jackson. Visit Destin with its white sand beaches, Ponce de Leon & Vortex Springs, or the scenic creeks at Bear Paw & Econfina for a fun day of tubing and swimming! The space
The cabin sits at the back end of our property (40 acres). There is a few acres of woods between us so we cannot see the cabin and guests cannot see our house. We like to give guests as much privacy and space as possible!
The lake is rain fed, so in the dry winter months it gets low and can even empty. It does generally fill up in April.
Other things to note
There is a King bed, a twin size trundle bed (rolls under the king), and a large cot if sleeping 4! Please let me know if you have more than 2 guest so I can make sure the small bed and cot are prepared for you !:)

simple place with enough room to yourself outside, inside was accommodating for my stay and it’s been a while since i browsed a dvd wall appreciated tbh lol Good location for border hopping. would of enjoyed the view more if lake was full, but that’s nature and my dog didn’t complane! plenty places around for a hammock. nights were quiet and peaceful.

Seclusion

Nice tiny house on 40 acres. Perfect for quality time, away from the noise. Unfortunately the pond was very low, might be common for the time of year, i don't know.The waterfowl flock to this area, and the dogs loved all the running room.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Quite place.

We found this place and it is perfect for us. My husband, our fur babies, and I love the outdoors and it is perfect for us. It is small. Which we like. It has a toaster oven, small fridge, coffee machine with single pot cups provided, a grill, stand up shower, comfortable bed, no carpet floors (blessing with fur babies), a porch looking at a beautiful lake, and a cute little city just up the street. We will be back and we are glad we found this place. Thank you to our hosts.

Quiet place. Beautiful view

Very small beautiful place. It work for us but wished we had known about a few things. No TV so we could not get local news. We left a day early because of a hurricane was in the gulf. The kitchen isn’t great only small toaster over and microwave No other way to cook anything. Be sure to check in before dark because the cabin is very hard to find. The owner quickly replied to all of my messages. . If you are looking for a quiet and solitude place this is for you.
