Villa 311 is a newly gut-renovated two bedroom, 1 full bathroom Villa (upper unit of a duplex that can be reserved individually or together). Three blocks off the infamous "Ave" (Atlantic Avenue) in Delray Beach with restaurants, nightlife, and shopping and a 15 minute walk to the beach (or free shuttle). Newly designed and renovated in 2018, Villa 311 Delray welcomes you to the "Dream Town" per Coastal Living magazine.

The space is private. You'll have the entire upstairs unit. There is a large private rooftop patio upstairs as well that you could use. The property is fully remodeled and always kept very clean.

You can access the entire upstairs, the driveway for your car, the garden, and the shared laundry room.
