750 square feet and located on the first floor. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the tools necessary to cook your favorite gourmet meal. You can enjoy a romantic dinner for two, and after roll onto the couch and enjoy Netflix. The bed is a very comfortable King size mattress where you can rest your eyes and sleep well for tomorrow's adventure. We also provide a comfortable Sofa Bed in the living room. The bath has a full-size bath/shower combo and plenty of storage options. Apartment sleeps up to 4 people comfortably.

Start off each morning with a fresh cup of coffee from our Keurig coffee bar while you plan your day.

Getting to the Beach: We are just 1.23 miles to the beach with many options besides a car to get you there within minutes! Door-to-door shuttle service via the FREEBEE App will pick you up and drop you off when you make a request through an Uber-like app. We also love riding bikes to the beach. You will find plenty of bike parking all around downtown and the beach to safely lock up your bike. Walking is another excellent option for those looking for a little exercise. On foot, the walk takes you through our lovely historical neighborhood, followed by our fun downtown filled with shops and restaurants. Approximately 25 minutes later, you will arrive at the beach to flop into the water and feel pleasantly refreshed. Of course, you can also drive, which takes less than 5 minutes.

Cleanliness: We are committed to providing our guests with the utmost cleanliness during these uncertain times. Besides our stringent routine cleaning procedures, we use the highest classification of disinfectants recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization to treat known pathogens.

I thought I already wrote this review but maybe it wasn't saved?! We have been coming to Delray for 30 years and typically stay right off of Atlantic on the Intercoastal. For reasons out of our control, we were unable to stay there this year. We tried to find a place within walking distance of this property, affordable and dog friendly. It was not easy to find b/c Delray is expensive. This property is one mile walk from where we have been in the past which is why we selected it from afar-and it was dog friendly. Unfortunately, the pictures online were not accurate. It looked like there was a charming patio-that 'charming patio' was not private, not right behind our unit and for the entire building-12 units. The bedroom was dark and gloomy. There were strange plastic pieces over parts of the rug in the living room and bedroom. The laundry was in a room outside of the apartment-one washer and one dryer for the entire 12 units. We had a cockroach situation early on and Angela was responsive when I reached out, but there was a lingering smell in the unit for the remainder of our stay. The unit is on a busy road and while it is walkable to several restaurants, bars and a nice grocery store-Bednar's-getting in and out of the unit via car was not easy. Maybe a week stay would have been okay but 5 weeks was way too long and in my opinion, paying 12,000 for this unit with all of the fees attached was criminal. We will definitely not be going back.

It was a disappointing stay. We have been coming to Delray for years and typically stay off Atlantic on the Intercoastal. Circumstances out of our control caused us to have to find alternative housing this winter. We still needed to be close to the area we have stayed before. We were one mile away. The road the unit is on is very busy so it was difficult at times to get out of the parking lot. The picture online showed what looked like a nice patio. I thought it came with the unit. Instead, the small table, 4 chairs and umbrella were for all 12 of the units and was not directly behind where we stayed. The washer and dryer was in a very small room behind the building-and again for all units to share-1 washer and 1 dryer. There were 2 TV’s-only living room one worked. The accommodations inside were adequate but the bedroom was dark and there were strange plastic pieces covering parts of the rugs. We had a cockroach incident which was immediately addressed but there was a lingering odor in the unit. The property manager was responsive to concerns and the location was walkable to several restaurants and shops. But I would not recommend this for a long term rental at all. Maybe 1 week but not 5 weeks.

No outside amenities.. upkeep of outside area not well maintained, messy. Cooking stove only partially works! Can’t open door of dryer but partially.. laundry area like a closet and dirty! Angela very receptive to our requests! TV improperly mounted and fell off wall .. handyman fixed! Just needs some updates!!

Nice simple stay

Apartment was clean and fresh. Newly painted. Fresh linens and towels. Comfortable bed. Basic kitchen set, nothing fancy, but enough to make a few small meals during our stay. Close to great farm grocer, Bedners. Coffee District cafe just down the street. Walkable throughout Pineapple Grove Arts District, to great restaurants, Delray Open, Atlantic Ave. We had a tiny problem with slow WiFi at beginning of stay, host was very responsive to rectify and had high speed for both my husband and I working from the unit. The unit is part of a larger complex, I think 8 units total. No issues with noise. Unit is an inner unit so not a lot of natural light, but very quiet.
