Abandonados tras contratar. Desastrosa Interhome Riumar

Tuve que dejar un recado en el contestador y el tiempo de respuesta a esa llamada, más de cuatro días, me confirma la falta de compromiso y de fundamento de Interhome para con el cliente, que soy yo. Otro elemento más para la pobre opinión que estos días de vacaciones me he formado sobre esa corporación. La casa, deficiente, falta de menaje básico de cocina o un espejo grande, o secador de pelo. ... Los excrementos provocados en la terraza por un nido de golondrinas, la piscina poco atractiva por su falta de transparencia (probablemente falta de cloro...), quizá deberían mostrar un poco más de atención al servicio que ofrecen... con cantidad de elementos sin actualizar, baldosas rotas, puertas que no cierran bien, permanente olor a tuberías de fecales, abundancia de insectos inesperados como las cucarachas (hemos matado no menos de 10 durante estos días en los armarios de la cocina) y en el exterior el charco del desagüe atascado de la ducha, creció tanto con la tormenta matutina del lunes que el agua sucia llegó a verterse ensuciando la piscina... Y esto fue lo que motivó mi llamada el lunes, que fue respondida el viernes. Verdaderamente insatisfechos de nuestra transacción con Interhome, una familia de 4 miembros, ocupantes durante el periodo 28/6-5/7 de la casa llamada Gaviota 6, en Riumar de Deltebre (Tarragona).

Mantenimiento deficiente: bombillas fundidas, tostador estropeado, juego de sábanas apañado y con dos fundas almohada individuales para almohada de matrimonio, mobiliario bastante justo y algo deteriorado. No sé puede conectar a WIFI en el interior de la casa.

Nada más llegar nos encontramos que la nevera no enfriaba bien, el aire acondicionado goteaba, la cafetera no funcionaba y la piscina estaba sucia. Llamamos por teléfono para resolver los diferentes problemas. Después de bastantes impedimentos y de tener que personarnos en la oficina, ya cansados de llamar y que no nos hiciesen caso, conseguimos solucionarlos. La chica joven de la oficina muy amable. El hombre de mantenimiento muy desagradable.

La casa excelente con distancia muy cercana de la playa. Disfrute mucho la piscina y la barbacoa. Seguramente la recomendaria. De cosas "-" faltaba pintar las paredes y habia molde, una cosa para mejorar.
