Nice Bungalow located in the area of Las Marinas, about 4 km from the center of Dénia and 500m from the sandy beach.
It is within the Palmar complex, with very nice community areas.
Duplex bungalow, with a small private garden and an area with a covered and glazed terrace. On the ground floor is the living-dining room with the American kitchen, 1 shower. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and another shower room.
Denia has a lot to offer. Located about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante, from Denia you can discover the Costa Blanca both the edge of the sea and the inland landscapes, orange and almond groves, charming villages, natural parks.
