Very cozy townhouse, recently renovated in the center of Denia and only a few steps from the town center.
The house is distributed on one floor, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds) with air conditioning hot / cold both, 1 bathroom with shower, living-dining room also with air conditioning hot / cold and well equipped open kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to a small patio with table and chairs and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a carefree vacation; washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Philips Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.. In addition there is internet Wfi and satellite TV.
Very favorable location 200 m from the center of Denia, the historic center and shopping area.
The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, from both airports the holiday home can be reached within about 1 hour. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains.
