Our comfortable apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is located in a very quiet residence surrounded by greenery, from which you can reach the beach and the center of Desenzano on foot. Parking and fast wifi included.
Our comfortable apartment has been completely renovated and furnished. It is located on the mezzanine floor of a quiet building surrounded by greenery. It has a beautiful covered terrace where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation.
The house consists of an eat-in kitchen, equipped with all the necessary equipment. The living room is very large and has a double sofa bed, as well as a divisible area with a large daybed that can be transformed into an additional double bed.
The room is very large, contains a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and cot for your little ones.
The bathroom is comfortable, with a bathtub that can also be used as a shower according to your preferences.
Our guests will obviously be able to use the apartment exclusively, and will be able to park their cars for free in the area reserved for the condominium. Given the proximity to the lake and the center it is really possible to use the car as little as possible for your pleasure trips.
In the apartment you will find many tourist guides and maps to make your holidays easier.
The apartment is located in the most beautiful and quiet area of Desenzano. Located about 200 meters from the lake, where we find a small beach reachable on foot, you can also reach the beautiful city center in about 10 minutes on a flat walk suitable for everyone.
It is also possible to reach the nearby Lido di Lonato (about 1 km) and the town of Padenghe along the pedestrian promenade on the lake.
The bus stop, connected to Desenzano station, is just 200 meters from the house.
A damage deposit of €300 will be required via credit card (pre-approval ONLY, no charge).
