Located directly on the beach on Holiday Isle within the well-established community of Jetty East, this magnificent three-bedroom, two-bath condominium has been professionally decorated in coastal colors for a true beach-style vibe. This gorgeous unit boasts fantastic views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Jetties from the gracious, private balcony providing picturesque views of the sunset and an unbelievable front-row seat to the HarborWalk Village seasonal fireworks show.

Bella del Sol has room for the whole family with a spacious open floor plan connecting the living room, kitchen, dining, and sitting area. The kitchen features updated stainless appliances and Corian countertops. All the comforts of home are provided, including a Keurig coffee maker, blender, crock pot, and much more. There is a breakfast bar with three bar stools for additional seating. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a twin-size daybed. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third has a queen bed. All three bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and linens, ample closet space, and flat screen TVs.
Both bathrooms are spacious and feature double vanity sinks. The bathroom off the main bedroom has a walk-in shower, The other has a shower / bathtub combination. An ample supply of towels, a hair dryer, and small supply of shampoo and soap are available for convenience. One of the two closets in the entryway holds beach chairs, floaties, and other accessories that guests are welcome to use. Alternatively, guests can rent chairs and umbrellas at the bottom of the stairway to the beach.


Bella del Sol is in a family friendly, gated community with direct access to 900 feet of private beach exclusively for Jetty East Condominiums. The heated pool and hot tub are steps off the beach, with plenty of lounge chairs and tables. The pool area features a large sunbathing deck overlooking the beach. Enjoy the community tennis courts and shuffleboard courts overlooking the beach as well. A covered pavilion offers access to charcoal grills, tables, chairs, and beautiful views of the water. There is a small fitness center located on-site for your convenience if the beach doesn’t serve your exercise needs. Guests will have easy access to shopping and restaurants approximately a mile from the unit and away from the heavy traffic during busier times of the year. Wide sidewalks and bike paths provide the option to walk or ride to the nearest shops in lieu of driving. Destin Harbor is easily accessible by water taxi with endless family fun activities. You can rent pontoon boats, a dolphin cruise, or a pirate cruise. Enjoy dinner at one of the many delicious restaurants overlooking the Destin Harbor.
