Your prefect beach escape awaits! Just seconds away from the famous emerald-green Gulf of Mexico and Destin sugary sands. Spend your days at the beach or by the pool. Poolside Villas is close to nightlife, restaurants and entertainment. The location of this gated community just can't be beat on Holiday Isle, welcome to the Best Beach Life in Destin Florida.

Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Property Details:

This two-bed, two-bathroom condo is on the first floor with the convenience of no stairs or elevator. Just walk out the door and you arrive at the pool with the beach not much farther! Upgrades include recent kitchen remodel and gorgeous floors.

This vacation rental features: 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom
1- bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom and access to the patio.
2-bedroom has twin sized bunk bed. Each bedroom has a TV.
3- Living room with pull out sofa- brand new sleep sofa with top-of-the-line Cozy Mattress
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Parking:

Just enter the gate code provided in your Safe Travels document and park anywhere in the parking lot that is not a reserved space.

Other details to note:

To the best of your ability, rinse yourself and personal items of sand before entering the unit. There is a hose in front of the unit to rinse off; please wipe your shoes on the front door mat before entering the condo.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
