Upstairs, guests can enjoy a Double Queen Bedroom, a King Suite, and a custom bunk room with 3 built-in twin beds. The two beautiful full bathrooms on the second floor are shared between these bedrooms.

Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers a modern fleet of six-passenger Golf Cart, all 2023 and 2024 models! Equipped with lithium-ion batteries, they provide a 25+ mile run time on a full overnight charge. It’s as simple as “Yes Please”—we’ll charge the card on file and deliver by 1 PM on your check-in day! Reserve Now and Save!

VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Beach Service: Guests of Anchor Down can rent beach chair setups at The Crab Trap on Scenic Gulf Drive. Please speak to a La Dolce Vita beach attendant for further information or call (866) 651-1569.

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated. Spa does not reach standard spa heat temps. 86 degrees max.)

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.*

* BEACH ACCESS: This home has PUBLIC beach access at the Crab Trap.

* This home only rents Saturday to Saturday During Spring Break and Summer Season!

* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older, with the exception of children in families.
