Our family stayed 8 nights and our experience was exceptional. The host communicates well and is very friendly and helpful. This property is not your average rental property. The host put several fresh flower arrangements in the home and left delicious cookies on the counter for our arrival. The garden in the backyard is beautiful and was the perfect place to relax. We enjoyed having this additional outdoor space. Each bedroom is connected to a full bathroom, which our family really appreciated. The house is located just a short walk to the pool and beach. We have four young children in our family and the walk to these places was very easy for everyone. This property was perfect for our family vacation and it felt like our home away from home. It was absolutely perfect and we would definitely stay here again in the future. This property is truly a gem and made our trip perfect.

A Step Above the Rest - Fantastic Vacation Home!!

Beautiful and spacious beach house inside and out with plenty of space, amenities, and close to the beach! Bedrooms were perfect with bathrooms in each one. What made this experience excellent for my family were the extra touches - house ready well ahead of normal check in, live floral arrangements throughout the main rooms downstairs, very clean and well kept house, and the box of delicious chocolate chip cookies to welcome us and start off our Summer Vacation right!We had a blast and plan on renting this beach house again!!

Great vacation!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and love the location! The house is even more spacious in person than in the photos. They had most anything we needed already there. The drawers and cabinets were labeled for ease of use which was super helpful! Very clean too.We had a few red and double red flag days so the host texted with a park and other recommendations
so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Home away from home

This was our second time staying in this house and we will be back again and again. It’s perfect for our family and the location is great. There are so many perks to staying here like the toiletries and the beach gear that are provided for convenience. The host communicates very well and is always available if you need anything. Beautiful Property and Location

Beautiful 2 storey home that is well maintained with pride of ownership and nestled in an upscale gated community. The house features three large bedrooms with three attached 3 piece bathrooms, large kitchen with eat-in bar top, large living room with kickout seating and big screen smart TV, 12’ ceilings on both levels, front balcony off the primary bedroom, and a private backyard patio with lots of seating and a BBQ. Short walk to the gated clubhouse with heated pool, hottub, gym, and outdoor courts. Or carry on to the fluffy white sand coastline and a beachfront restaurant. Short drive to all amenities and other activities. The property owner-manager was excellent in both communicating and taking extra steps to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Our first visit to the Destin area and we very much enjoyed.

ONE OF OUR BEST STAYS, Never doing a condo again!

1st time renting a house rather than a condo & I probably won’t do another condo! Loved everything about this stay. Owner was remarkable!!! She texted the morning of check in & let us know the home was ready if we arrive Fantastic communication without being nosey or overbearing. She is actually just checking in to make sure everything is going good. We were meant to be best friends. We have a love of labels in common. House has everything you need & more. I packed for a condo stay but it was all there already from soaps to trash bags to toilet paper! If you’re worried the beach is far, don’t, it’s not! We rented a golf cart but barely used it. About a 3 min walk through a beautiful neighborhood to beach. AND beach is public but less crowded than all the private ones we’ve stayed on years past!!!! The condo buildings are over packed & a pain, you’ll do less walking & less crowds in a nice neighborhood like this & have a back yard to yourself! We had a box turtle, rabbit, & tons of lizards visiting. The home is beautiful & again the owner is great. She made this trip so perfect & just a text away! Thank you for another awesome Destin vacay! BEST OWNER EVER!

The house was amazing, it had everything you could possibly need, so well organized, and I had instant communication access to the owner which made everything so stress free. We were minutes from the pool, gym, and beach. And it was so peaceful at night. No road noise, loud music or cars. If you want a peaceful stay at the beach in Destin this is your place

A+ stay in Destin

One of my favorite VRBO stays! This house has everything- great location, super clean and stocked with all the things you might need (including beach towels toys & chairs). Choe-Kelly helped make the check in/out process a breeze. The cookies and fresh flowers were a sweet and thoughtful surprise that were much appreciated. Perfect getaway for our family!

Property was perfect for our week stay with my family of 5. Great setup being so close to the beach and community pool! The host was very communicative and accommodating, check in was simple and convenient! The house was clean, comfortable and had everything you would need for your stay, including beach toys, towels and chairs which was greatly appreciated! We greatly enjoyed the backyard setup- nice table and grill. Details were not overlooked as the host has organized the house well for guests! Would definitely like to stay here again!

Spring break

We had a wonderful trip to Destin for spring break. The house is lovely and had everything we could have needed, plus some. The communication with the owner was great and she was very helpful. The neighborhood is very cozy and quiet with great amenities. The beach is a short walk and very easy to navigate since there is a cross walk at the front of the neighborhood. We will absolutely stay here again next time we come to Destin.

Best VRBO stay so far!

This was by far the best VRBO stay we have had so far and I have been booking properties for a few years! The owner is AMAZING! She checked in daily with us, always making sure our stay was going well and we had what we needed. The property is beautiful! It was generously stocked with pretty much all you need and very clean and organized! The only thing we needed was general spices for our cooking, but that’s understandable and wasn’t an issue at all. The kids loved the gym and hot tub (the pool is typically heated but the element was broken so we weren’t able to use it, unfortunately) and the walk to the beach was short and nice! Everything is conveniently close by and The Crab Trap was walking distance from the property. 10/10 highly recommended and will definitely look to book here for our next stay in Destin!

Great location

House was super clean. Beds were comfy. There were beach towels and beach toys/chairs on site which were an added bonus. There was a bunch of shampoo/conditioner/lotion options. The living room twin beds at first seemed weird but we used them so much - so comfy and practical. We used the on-site pool, workout room, and pickleball court daily.. we were often the only ones there. There’s a big closet in the upstairs master that can fit a pack and play or twin bed for your tricky sleepers. The only small cons were that there’s no kitchen pantry. There’s a pantry in the laundry room we used for food which worked fine. Additionally, the living room glass tables are a little tricky with small kids.. the glass just sits on top of fixtures but isn’t affixed. It was our life’s work to keep these things intact and not tipped over and broken. Additionally, there wasn’t a single condiment - no salt/pepper, cooking spray, spices, etc. and the only knives on site that we saw were small pairing/steak knives. Location was great - we walked to the beach daily. Close to shopping/grocery stores.
