This second floor 1 bedroom 1 bath condo has been exquisitely updated and renovated recently and has some unique features to enhance this beautiful location.

This coastal decorated condo is designed for relaxation and enjoyment of the magnificent views, this unit has to offer.

The kitchen features beautiful granite countertops and the cabinets have been refinished to offer a new gourmet feel.

The plush sofa and seating chair are situated to enjoy the Flat Screen TV and view the Jetties. The sofa can become a Queen Sofa sleeper, allowing the condo to sleep 4 with ease. The dining table can accommodate the whole family and is close enough to the floor to ceiling balcony doors that you dine with a view.

The Master Bedroom offers a King Size bed to rest after a day on the beach. Also the Master Bedroom has a Flat Screen TV to enjoy your favorite show. The Master Bathroom has a modern frameless glass door combination bathtub/shower, convenient for a long soak or a quick shower.

This condo includes a Washer and Dryer as well, so no worrying about coin laundry.
