Rentoudu ylellisyydessä. Tämä kaunis koti oli sisustettu ammattimaisesti täydellisen rantaloman mielessä. Tässä poikkeuksellisessa Gulf Front -ominaisuudessa on viljelty marmori, graniitti työtasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, travertiinilaatta, poreallas ja lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat näkymät, jotka ovat Destinin parhaat puolet. Kaksi king-makuuhuoneen sviittiä tarjoavat täydellisen loman suurille perheen kokoontumisille. Kolme laajaa parveketta, runsaasti tilaa viihdyttämiseen, on panoraamanäkymät auringonnoususta ja auringonlaskusta, jotka ovat todella upeita! Rentoutuessasi ylimitoitetulla Silver Beach Towers Penthouse -terassilla ja katsomalla Emerald Green -vettämme, muista nauttia näkymistä veneille ja delfiineille heidän kulkiessaan. Ensimmäinen kerros:

Penthouse issues

This penthouse will accommodate a large family. Has a well stocked kitchen. Beautiful views. Has a great rental company that helps make your stay as nice as possible. With all that being said, this penthouse needs updated. The mattresses in a few of the bedrooms needs to replace immediately. Some of the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced. The balcony furniture was weathered and some chairs broken. As much money that was spent I expected higher quality, at least “standard” quality. The a/c wasn’t working upstairs and was in the “process” of being replaced all week of our rental and potable air conditioners were placed in the upstairs bedrooms. The bathrooms smelled of mold - not a housekeeping issue - a mold issue. I would go back to this location - just not this particular rental unit unless the owners did some much needed maintenance and updates.

Great views with a few issues

It’s been hard for me to figure out how to review this property. The views were magnificent. The condo had all the space we needed and the location was great. However, the upstairs a/c had problems, the upstairs shower didn’t drain for a few hours, the toilet in that same bathroom bubbled, the master bed upstairs had a very well worn mattress and the dryer damaged some of our clothes. Once we notified the front desk, within a day these issues were addressed (not necessarily fixed). My thoughts are that we paid a penthouse price (and yes the views were awesome) but I felt like there were too many issues that we shouldn’t have experienced at this price point.

Girl trip

There were 8 of us meeting up from various states. The unit was beautiful, on the beach, with stunning views of the gulf and city below. There were wonderful restaurants nearby and we have memories to cherish for a lifetime.

We had 12 ladies that went on our annual trip and the property is absolutely beautiful! Top floor with large balcony to overlook the ocean, elevator ride down to pool and beach is right there- wonderful!

The view was perfect but condo is old and dirty, couches, kitchen, restroom are dirty, look like they never clean up. I definitely will not come back to that condo.

GORGEOUS VIEWS!

Four adult couples stayed at this property and we were very pleased. The only thing we didn't care for was that it was dated. The views and space made up for that! All 5 bedrooms have a balcony (the master upstairs has a sliding glass door overlooking the patio and town with no actual standing space). The 2 masters have a gulf view and the others have a city view. The beds were comfortable and it was nice each couple had their own bathroom with shower. One thing I was surprised about was the traffic sounds on the patio. We were so high up and the gulf is right there I thought it would have overtaken that sound. It wasn't horrible, but in other places we've stayed that is just one thing I love the most is the ocean sound... The facility is nice and clean as well as the beach. Beach service was fabulous! Location is just like any other beach front location, easy to get anywhere you are going. (Destin is a small town) Overall, my 40th (delayed covid) birthday was a blast and if the price is right, will stay here again!! :)

Not worth the money

Overall, the property and PH 1701E are dated and not well kept. The furniture and appliances are very old and low-end - not what you would expect for the money. The worst part of all was that we found two cockroaches in the PH. While the property manager did take immediate action, this is unacceptable in my view. The only bright spot of the trip was the view and the beach. We will never stay here again.

Great place with big family

This place is in a great location, has amazing views from every room and accommodated our large traveling family. 3 adult couples and four teen/pre-teen daughters had plenty of room. We were there for Spring Break, so the ocean water was a bit cold for swimming, but the beach was great for running, pictures and wading in a bit. The resort hot tubs and heated pool filled in when we wanted to get deeper in the water. The sand of the beach is like powdered sugar. The condo had all the necessities we needed. I didn’t hear any complaints from the 4 young ones, so it had to be good! I would also recommend Captain Dean with The Seahorse for deep sea fishing. Amazing time with tons of fish. Fudpucker’s with Gator beach has great food and is an experience. Right across from the condo is a small pizza joint named Merlin’s (I think was the name) and it was great. Also check out the 3 level race track, mini golf place, and bumper boat blasters in the arcade about a block away. Highly recommend the condo and the trip

5 couples spent four nights and had a great experience.Can not wait to return.View is amazing,location excellent. Condo was clean, well stocked and large enough for all to lounge together for laughter,games and meals.Twin bedroom small for a couple but perfect for children.We were even able to watch planes takeoff and land at airport on street side of condo.Umbrella and chairs on beach a plus.Staff friendly and,helpful .You even have a 2car private garage in parking deck. Highly recommend. Only thing needed is a lounge chair on balcony for sunning.to add to tables and chairs.Thanks for a Wonderful couples retreat.
