Please was perfect, check-in and put was really simple. Host was super responsive. We brought a lot of our own stuff but pretty much everything ia provided. 3 different heated pools on the property. With covered pavillions and picnic tables. Tennis courts as well. They had a private washer and dryer which is really convenient, but there is also a public laundry facility onsite. Plenty of things to do very close by. Very happy with our week stay.

My family stayed here for 8 nights. Overall, it was nice. We spent most of our time between the beach and softball fields, not a ton of time in the condo. Had a small issue with the electricity but the owner was very responsive and it was taken care of promptly. The condo and property were clean, but a bit outdated. The pools and deck areas were very nice and clean. A nice face lift to the outside would do the property some good. The plastic sheets on the bed made it hot to sleep, but I understand the reasoning for them. The futon couch and chairs in the living area were not very comfortable. But it’s a nice play to stay, if you’re not going to spend much time at the condo. Beach was not very accessible as high rise condos line the beach in both directions along the coast, had to drive a bit to find a beach.

This is definitely recommended stay. Location is very convenient to a lot popular restraints and night life. Excellent for family with kids visiting Destin for summer.The condo was very spacious and the owners were quick to respond with few questions I had about operating the locks. Only down fall was the AC was password locked and had to maintain the owners temperature but it stayed comfortably cool inside. The inside was clean and felt at home like. We will definitely book again on our next visit to Destin.

We needed 2 more days to stay in area and hosts were very helpful with this. Also left is come early and check in at 10 after we had to leave another condo. The space was just enough. Some I assume spring breakers were above and over one and were loud at times. But not the fault of our hosts.

Easy check in, owner texted me hours prior to check in time with gate and door codes. Condo was clean and accurate to pictures. Fully stocked kitchen, bath & beach towels, even had a small fan (husband needs white noise to sleep). Nice grassy areas to walk the dog with waste disposal cans throughout. Made bringing our geriatric dog much easier.

Great Location but…

We loved the location and price of this property. Unfortunately the tenants above us kept us up all 3 nights! You could hear them walking back and forth, the tv, music and their dogs barking. The noise continued all night long. Also, the shower had no water pressure and the living room furniture was attractive but extremely uncomfortable. We had really hoped for a better experience since we visit family here often.
