It’s ok

It was a nice enough stay. The refrigerator in the room worked but it leaned forward and caught on the carpet. The only light in the bathroom is the backlight of the mirror. The bathroom door was coming apart. The elevator never showed up when going down. The light turned off indicating it arrived but the doors didn’t open. We were able to ride up from the first floor.

Place is rated to high!!

This Comfort Inn is definitely not worthy of the high rating it has. First, there deposit $250 is absolutely ridiculous. No where did I see that it was so high. The room smelled terrible, the shower had no pressure, and the hot/cold knobs were on backwards. The doors going in to the hotel. Not powered trying to wheel all our stuff in on a luggage cart and pull open a door. Not easy to do when your balancing all our luggage and open the door. The place has had some remodeling but it needs so much more. Elevator didn't work right either thought we were gonna get stuck in it.

We knew this was an older property, but we had a little higher expectations, especially after reading reviews. We drove up to half the lights being burnt out in the name on the hotel. The elevator button took many attempts to work, our room's lighting was extremely limited (especially the bathroom), and we could not even see out our window because of a nasty white film covering most of it. When we asked for a couple extra towels since we chose not to have our room freshened up during the day we were told that they would have to check because he didn't think they had more (we were given less than requested). The breakfast was very limited, not quite continental but wouldn't advertise as a buffet either. We also have never had to have a $250 deposit for a room at a hotel before which was a little over the top. Overall, it met our need to have a place to sleep for two nights, but probably wouldn't return.

Nicer than I excepted for the price. Was looking for a place close to the venue we were attending. Hotel was nice & clean. Room was spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy. The staff are friendly. Bit noisy at night. Not sure if there’s a ‘quiet time’ when guests should be quiet knowing there’s other guests but it should be mentioned.

I have never seen a hotel room that did not have a private bathroom. The bathroom was a separate room but the shower was not closed in. It has a shower curtain separating it from the rest of the room. The wall had a huge hole cut in. You could take a bath and watch tv at the same time

Comfort Inn is an older building with a musty smell. The suite had the bed right next to the AC. All night too hot, then too cold as it came off and on. There was a hot tub with jets that didn't work. No wall between the bathroom and bed area. The lights went out in the room and they were going to switch our room instead of checking the breaker at ten o'clock at night!

Comfortable beds and the cleaning staff cleaned and made the bed daily. So many places don't clean or make beds daily to save money so I really appreciated coming back to a made bed and empty trash cans each evening. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't set the AC lower than 72 degrees. I was travelling in early august and so would have liked to drop the room temp a bit more to sleep.
