Our room was clean. Bed was comfortable. We only went for a get a way for the night to swim and get in hot tub. The pool wasnt heated and many kids were in there. We got in for like 5 minutes on the other side. It was too cold. The hot tub was non existence. It was concreted over. That was a disappointment. But the room was nice. Desk lady was nice super helpful.

My husband and I stayed at the hampton inn for 4 nights and the way we were treated was disrespectful and not up to standards. The first night we had to change rooms bc the heat wasn’t working. Second night the cops had to be called bc the hotel hosted a birthday party and the kids would not stop running around and beating on my door. The third night was okay. The fourth day several toilets overflowed and we had someone else’s feces on the floor and had to switch rooms AGAIN! Three out of four nights have been terrible. This is unacceptable and not something that I expect from Hampton Inn

Good place to stay near DTW.

Stay was safe and did what was needed for travelling solo with children. Seemed to be a bit of construction going on - which is not a problem. There was a little clunkiness regarding check in procedures and car park procedures. Close to DTW. Safe to stay solo with children. Will return for more single mom adventures.

Check in was very easy. We were able to check in early. The hotel was doing some renovations but we did not hear much noise or experience any debris or mess. The room was on the first floor.
