Spacious, sunny holiday flat on the ground floor for 2 - 5 persons (6 pers. if e.g. 4 children also possible). Beautiful, bright living room; open, new kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue crockery available. 2 bedrooms, shower/WC, cloakroom, sheltered seating area with garden furniture and barbecue. Ideal for families as there is no road, but small animals, trampoline, seesaw, meadows and forest directly in front of the house. Pets allowed. Baby cot and trip-trap available. Very well situated for numerous hikes or bike tours in the Diemtigtal Nature Park, e.g. Grimmimutz play and adventure trail, water playground etc. In winter, the children's lift, Grimmilap chairlift and cross-country ski trail are just a 5-minute walk away. Schwenden in the Diemtigtal lies at 1200 m above sea level and can be reached in about 20 minutes from the Wimmis motorway. Schwenden/Grimmialp is a quiet scattered settlement away from the major tourist destinations. Peace, relaxation, nature and marvellous mountain panoramas are guaranteed here.

There are no shopping facilities in the village, but you can do your shopping in Oey-Diemtigen at the entrance to the valley. There is a bakery with some dairy products in the neighbouring village of Zwischenflüh (10 minutes by car),
