Room clean, breakfast pretty good with a decent selection. There is no fitness room, but cleanliness and breakfast made up for it. Neat Dam Dillon Brewery and many other conveniences…like skiing and restaurants. Recommend!

I’ve stayed at this place several times and it meets my needs for affordable and clean. Although a bit outdated, it’s clean. My only complaint is that the free internet stinks. I could log on but everything was very, very slow.

Loved the location here, right across the street from Dillon Amphitheater and Marina Park. Rooms were clean and felt safe, and the beds (and especially the pillows) were very comfortable. Enjoyed walking the inner courtyard grounds, and the spa and sauna were spacious and in great condition. Front desk staff very personable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Bottom floor room right under the stairs. Did not sleep AT ALL because of people stomping down the stairs all hours of the night and starting again at 6 am. It sounded like a stampede the entire time we were there. The walls are paper thin

Our room was very warm and adjusting the thermostat did nothing. We were told the boiler was very old and they couldn't do anything. The breakfast area is much too small and gets crowded quickly with lack of space even to get your food. We loved being right across from Dillon reservoir. Very small area for the hot tub and usually too busy to get a spot. The location is the plus, wish they would update the property.

room was spacious and clean . The smell of cleanser was a bit strong, but tolerable. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was so welcome and delicious. The gentleman who worked to provide breakfast deserves a raise! he worked tirelessly . thanks to him. The key cards for the door entry were problematic, had to have them recharged, and only one worked on outside doors. hotel was in perfect location.
