The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a modern, luxurious style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular due to the view from the property of the sea, as well as its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: parasol, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early January to early December, 8 m x 4 m, 1.5 m deep). Heated pool.
