Get outta Dodge hotel stay 2*

Business Trip - Positives - Night staff very friendly and nice upon arrival 5* to them for their welcome and service. Has free wifi Parking is also free Had hot water in shower Clean towels and bedding was clean Good for a quick 1 day stay while in Dodge. Negatives - Hotel is run down and in need of an update - paint carpet, blinds, its really a 2* owners should get the paint brushes out and do the place up. Dodge City hotels are expensive - $109 for one night is a rip when compared to other hotels across the county that are way better. Did include breakfast - However more options needed there. Limited fruit and healthy options - all sugar junk food and breads.Dont expect much. 2* hotel

Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was that the microwave and coffee pot were no where near an outlet. I moved the coffee machine to the bathroom. Only 1 regular coffee packet in a room for two people. Missed breakfast as it was totally cleaned up at 9:05 on a Sunday morning.

Staff went above and beyond. Can't praise their hard work enough. The room was very small, and the heating/cooling unit clicked on and off. Most of all,,,,,the pillows are I think the original ones from when the hotel was built in 1982.

This was our first stay at a Super 8 hotel and, although very basic facilities, the building was solid (no noise from other rooms), the staff were friendly, and, the free breakfast had some good variety. It was also located on the main road in the city. I would book this hotel for an overnight stay again.

Front desk staff was excellent and very pleasant. Mattress and pillows need replacing. Very uncomfortable and lumpy. Heater is very noisy. Would not stay here again. All other hotels were sold out.
